Refund policy

Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the person or company named on the invoice. Seats purchased as part of a Full Mandate team package are evaluated at the package level unless the invoice lists separable lines.

Timeframe

For live cohorts, a full refund is available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first live session. Between 13 and 7 days before the first session, a 50% refund may apply. Inside 7 days, seats are generally non-refundable except as required by Korean consumer law.

Self-paced access

Ledger Review self-paced access may be refunded in full within 7 days of credential delivery if fewer than two modules have been opened. After that threshold, or after 7 days, fees are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Custom onboarding workshops already delivered, third-party exam fees (if any), and completed private critique hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@automateddataservices.digital with your invoice number, seat type, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add additional days.

Cancellation by Automateddataservices

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled seat.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for a goodwill credit toward a future cohort at our discretion. Credits are not cash equivalents beyond what law requires.
